Rally Participant Comments
Participants come from all over the country, but primarily throughout California. Some have even come for 30 years consecutively! Once you come to the Rally, you'll be hooked!
Thank you so much for the wonderful metric century - the SAG was A+. Great food at the rest stops. Excellent route marking on pavement. The route slip was excellent and nice to have the overall map route. You all are to be praised for the excellent planning such and event requires.

I had a wonderful time at this years rally. There were 20+ people in our group that camped at the fairgrounds. Great food. Great bike rides. A lot of laughs. This was my first year and I am already making plans to attend next year

This was our first time at the GWBR and we really enjoyed it. Thanks for all the hard work you put in to organize such a great event! We're new to cycling and did the winery ride. Definitely challenging, I had to walk the bike for a few hills, but what a sense of accomplishment we had. It was fun to see other cyclists at the wineries and compare notes on the ride and the wines. I actually did another ride on Monday morning!
It's a great location and we're looking forward to the next one. When will that be?

I attended my first GWBR this weekend and have to let you know that my wife Michelle and I had a wonderful time. The rides were great...we enjoyed the "No Stresseo to Genesseo" twice, "The ride to Adelaide" and the Planes and Trains loop twice, too. The rides were really nice, appropriately challenging for us newcomers and lots of fun. I was impressed. Looking forward to next year.
