Friday Night, from 5:00- 9:00 PM is the Great Western Bicycle Bike Swap. GWBR participants have free admission and are allowed to buy and sell at the swap. This year, volunteer and GWBR participant Al Van Varick, a bike swap aficionado, will be promoting the bike swap to outside buyers and sellers.

Look forward to a bigger and better swap! GWBR participants do not have to reserve a table, but non-participants must pay to enter the swap and reserve a table. For more information, contact Al Van Varick at alvan519 (at) adelphia (dot) net

Sylvester Winery BBQ

So many GWBR riders stop by Sylvester Winery that they wipe out their food inventory in their small store. To accommodate GWBR riders, they will will be offering a BBQ on Saturday for those that stop by. Details will soon follow. In addition, look out for news about a GWBR commemorative wine with custom art work. This will also be sold at Sylvester at the winery and the Wine and Cheese Social Saturday night!

Atascadero Lions Pancake Breakfast

Mmmmm ...... good! Pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and OJ will be prepared by the Atascadero Lions Club Saturday morning from 7:00 - 9:00 AM. All proceeds go to the Lions Club to support their charity which is the Mobile Eye Care Trailer in the local area. The cost is $8.00 and you may purchase tickets online as you register or on Friday, the day before the breakfast.

Velo De Femme: Saturday

Back by popular demand the Velo De Femme continues to grow. Rest stop food (Sylvester Winery) will be upgraded, the course will be marked and look forward to a visit to the Templeton Farmer's market and a Clinic conducted by Trek Women's Demo crew member Tori Broughton. In addition Best Bike Zone will be on the 40-mile route for support. The city of Paso Robles is generously supporting this ride by working with city merchants to provide raffle prizes.

Merchandise this year is really cool! The design and jerseys are made by Primal Wear! On hand we will have jerseys, wind vests, arm warmers, t-shirts, sweatshirts and custom printed t-shirts (design by order). Buy the jersey online to ensure you get one and visit the merchandise booth at the Rally Headquarters.
